Lydia is a qualified CA(SA) with more than 15 years of finance experience across financial management, reporting, taxation and SARS, audit preparation and management, and finance-systems implementation. She has led finance functions hands-on — month-end close, cash-flow planning, financial controls, reconciliations, payroll oversight, regulatory reporting and finance-team improvement.
Her systems experience spans Acumatica, Sage Evolution, Pastel, Caseware and ACCPACC — including onboarding financial books from ACCPACC to Acumatica and building automated reporting and integrations around the resulting finance environment. It is exactly the mix growing businesses rarely get in one place: senior finance judgement plus the systems skill to make reporting run itself.
