What we collect
When you complete an Adapt2now intelligence assessment or contact us, we collect your name, company, email address and phone number, along with your responses, result context and how you arrived at our site. We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver your report.
How we use it
Your information is used to provide your Finance Health Check report, respond to your enquiry, and follow up personally about our services. We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing email without your explicit consent.
Advertising measurement
If Meta measurement is enabled and you allow it, we use privacy-safe campaign events to understand whether advertising leads to useful conversations. We do not send assessment answers, assessment scores, SARS responses, turnover, cash-flow figures, funding information, leakage estimates, proposal values, invoice values or CRM notes to Meta. You can decline measurement cookies when prompted.
Your rights under POPIA
In terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. We will action verified requests promptly.
Security
Your information is stored securely and access is restricted to the Adapt2now directors and team members working your enquiry.
